The applicant shall conform to all other City regulations. <br /> <br /> <br />Proposed Motion Language <br /> <br />Table the Planning Case 17-010 to the June 7, 2017 Planning Commission meeting. <br /> <br /> <br />Public Notice <br /> <br />Notice of the public hearing for the Preliminary Plat, Final Plat, and Variance was published in <br />the Shoreview-Arden Hills Bulletin on April 19, 2017, and mailed to all properties within 1,000 <br />feet of the subject property. A new public hearing notice will be published for the <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment, Preliminary Plat, Final Plat, and Variance. <br /> <br /> <br />Resident Comment <br /> <br />Staff has received one phone call from a resident in the neighborhood who opposed the requested <br />Variance for four lots where three lots would be permitted under the City Code. The resident <br />expressed concern about the additional density that would be allowed and the impact on adjacent <br />properties. <br /> <br />Deadline for Agency Actions <br /> <br />The City of Arden Hills received the completed application for this request on April 12, 2017. <br />Pursuant to Minnesota State Statute, the City is required to act on this request by June 12, 2017, <br />(60 days), unless the City provides the petitioner with written reasons for an additional 60-day <br />review period. <br /> <br /> <br />Attachments <br /> <br />A.
