Additional Review <br /> <br />Building Official <br />The Building Official has reviewed the plans and has no additional comments at this time. <br /> <br />City Engineer <br />The City Engineer has reviewed the plans and has provided the following comments: <br />1. Verify the total number of parking spaces, total number of accessible spaces and location <br />of accessible parking space. <br />2. Verify location of underground gas line from the northwest corner of the 4255 building, <br />running underground to the garage/storage building located at 4293 Lexington Ave. <br /> <br />Lake Johanna Fire Marshal <br />The Lake Johanna Fire Marshal has reviewed the plans and has verified that there is adequate <br />space for Lake Johanna fire trucks to maneuver in the proposed parking lot. <br /> <br /> <br />Findings of Fact: <br /> <br />Staff offers the following ten findings of fact for this proposal: <br /> <br />1. The applicant is requesting approval of a Master Planned Unit Development (PUD) and <br />Final PUD at their Arden Hills Corporate Center located at 4255, 4265, 4293, and 4295 <br />Lexington Avenue North. <br />2. The purpose of the PUD is to reconfigure the parking on the properties to allow for <br />additional stalls to be added.
