Just over half of the land in these districts <br />in available for development. <br /> <br />Next Steps <br /> <br />On June 26, the City Council will be reviewing the draft Higher Education Moratorium Study <br />report and providing recommendations of any changes should be made to the City Code <br />regarding higher education uses, as well as any other changes to the business or industrial zones <br />that should be included within the Comprehensive Plan update. On July 5, the Planning <br />Commission will review the report and begin drafting language for any Zoning Code text <br />amendments and provide recommendations on the items to be included in the 2040 <br />Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />The information in this report can be applied to the 2040 Comprehensive Plan discussion, which <br />Agenda Item 4.B on the June 7, 2017 Planning Commission meeting. <br /> <br />Attachments <br /> <br />A.
