(HGA), is a nationally <br />ranked, full-service architecture, engineering and planning firm <br />with offices in Minneapolis and Rochester, Minnesota; San <br />Francisco, San Jose, Sacramento and Los Angeles, California; <br />Milwaukee, Wisconsin and Washington, D.C.
