Commissioner Holden asked if the County’s goals were weighted. She did not believe that the <br />County would be able to achieve each and every goal. <br /> <br />Commissioner Grant believed that the City’s goals were built into the TRC. He suggested the <br />County prioritize their goals as high, medium and low. <br /> <br />Commissioner Ortega asked that the City also prioritize their goals within the TRC. <br /> <br />Chair Sand thanked the JDA members for their input and recommended that this item be <br />addressed at the December meeting. <br /> <br />Commissioner Updates <br /> <br />Commissioner Grant noted an article in the Star Tribune which referred to the possible <br />construction of a solar array on state-owned property in Arden Hills. <br /> <br />Commissioner Huffman reported that the County received an AAA bond rating from both <br />Moody’s and Standard & Poor’s. <br /> <br />Future Meeting Schedule <br /> <br />The next meeting will be Monday, December 7, 2015, at Arden Hills City Hall. <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned at 6:50 pm. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Approved _____________________________________ _______________________ <br /> David B.
