We anticipate that the Joint Development <br />Authority will have a full report by mid-April, and be prepared to select a developer by as early as May 2, 2016. <br />At that time, the JDA may elect to act on a recommendation of the Solicitation Review Committee or instruct <br />staff to schedule a special meeting to interview candidates. Staff will evaluate the proposals based on the <br />minimum qualifications established in the Solicitation by the JDA (from the January 4, 2016 Minutes): <br />“Each response will be evaluated by the solicitation review committee based on the following criteria - the <br />first three of which are minimum qualifications: financial capacity, proven qualifications, and prudent <br />organizational and project management experience”. <br /> <br /> <br />
