Chair Sand recalled seeing this video from the recording of the pre-solicitation conference. <br /> <br />Development Director Hutmacher stated she would forward a link to the YouTube video to <br />each of the JDA members. <br /> <br />Commissioner Holden stated she was very embarrassed when she was approached by a <br />resident that pointed out the video to her.
