Both
agreements are expected to be finalized before the end of 2016.
Read more:
• A big step on a big development at Arden Hills ammo site, Pioneer Press editorial
• Building “town center” top priority at TCAAP, Finance & Commerce
• Plans in Place for Rice Creek Commons Development Site in Arden Hills, KSTP
Meet the Alatus Arden Hills team
Founded in 2005, Alatus LLC is a Minneapolis-based real estate developer dedicated to
creating community-minded, quality architecture, and sustainable design for today’s livable
landscapes.
