Communications <br />Ms. Worthington directed the JDA to the communications memo in the agenda packet. <br />Future Meeting Schedule <br />Ms. Worthington reviewed the draft 2017 meeting schedule with the JDA members. <br />Commissioner Grant stated he prefers cancellations on Wednesdays. <br />Commissioner Ortega indicated he would unavailable to meeting January 18, 2017. He also <br />stated he wanted productive meetings in 2017. <br />Motion by Commissioner Grant to cancel the Jan 18, 2017 meeting and approve the remainder <br />of the draft 2017 meeting schedule seconded by Commissioner Huffman.
