The City Council reviewed Fit <br />Test Option #1 at the March 30, 2015, work session meeting. Option 1 focuses on the design and layout <br />of the Town, Hill, and Creek neighborhoods with strict adherence to the regulations and policies of the <br />draft TRC and the land use and development densities previously approved by the City Council.
