The CpA would <br />amend the City's 2030 Future Land Use Map to re-designate the property to reflect the change in land <br />use classifications. The chapters and appendixes of the Comprehensive Plan that discuss the TCAAp <br />property would also be updated to reflect this change in land use. The 427 acre TCAAP site, owned by <br />Ramsey County, is located at 1661 Highway 96 West and 2020 Highway Avenue and generally situated <br />north of Highway 96 West, south of County Road I West, east of Interstate 35-W and U.S. Hignway tO, <br />and west of Lexington Avenue North and Hamline Avenue North. <br />Please see the attached CPA materials and notification letter for further information regarding the <br />proposed amendment. A timely response to this CPA notification is appreciated <br />(Check Applicable Box) <br />D The amendment is not anticipated to impact this jurisdiction/agency.
