Joint Development Authority <br />Monday, October 5, 2015 <br />Arden Hills City Council Chambers <br />Minutes <br />5:30 pm <br /> <br />Present: <br />Joint Development Authority: Chair David Sand, Commissioner Blake Huffman, <br />Commissioner Brenda Holden, Commissioner David Grant, Commissioner Rafael Ortega <br /> <br />Also present: Jill Hutmacher and Sue Iverson, (Arden Hills); Heather Worthington, (Ramsey <br />County) <br /> <br />Chair Sand called the meeting to order and roll call was taken at 5:32 pm. <br /> <br />Approval of agenda. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Holden seconded by Commissioner Ortega to approve the agenda as <br />presented. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Approval of September 14, 2015 minutes. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Huffman seconded by Commissioner Grant to approve the minutes as <br />presented. He provided comment on how JDA meetings were to be conducted. <br />
