discussions with single family and multi-family developers and the City Council's decisions <br />related to TCAAP zoning. Development Director Hutmacher compared the land uses and <br />residential densities in the current plan with the 2008 Ryan Development Plan. <br />Discussion ensued regarding the residential and multi-family housing styles proposed for <br />TCAAP. <br />Chair Sand thanked the Arden Hills Councilmembers and City staff for their efforts. He <br />recommended Gateway Planning provide the JDA and City with a map reflecting how the Spine <br />Road would be realigned. He also wanted to see consistency between the drawings and the <br />definitions within the zoning regulations. He recommended a flow chart be created for the <br />approval process for projects on TCAAP. <br />Administrative Director Worthington explained this would be addressed by staff in the coming <br />months. <br />Administrative Director's Report <br />Administrative Director Worthington presented the December activity and remediation report. <br />She discussed the upcoming worksession schedule. It was determined the JDA would meet in <br />worksession on March 2nd and 23rd, 2015, at 5:30 pm. <br />Discussion ensued regarding the remediation work and construction timeline for TCAAP.
