Motion carried. <br /> <br />Approval of April 7, 2014 minutes. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Grant seconded by Commissioner Huffman to approve the minutes as <br />presented. Update on Infrastructure Study <br /> <br />Administrative Director Worthington reported Ramsey County, in cooperation with the City of <br />Arden Hills, has solicited proposals from engineering consultants for development and design of <br />TCAAP Site Infrastructure. The scope of services includes analysis, development, and <br />preliminary and final design of onsite public infrastructure to support the redevelopment <br />including major roadways, regional stormwater management facilities, sanitary sewer, and <br />watermain. The consultant will also assist the County and City in developing a site grading plan, <br />mitigating impacts to existing wetlands, and site platting. <br /> <br />Ms. Worthington explained that proposals were due on May 1 , 2014, and work is expected to <br />begin by the end of the month.
