Joint Development Authority <br /> TCAAP Redevelopment Project <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />DATE: July 7, 2014 <br /> <br />TO: Joint Development Authority Board of Commissioners <br /> <br />FROM: Heather Worthington, JDA Administrative Director <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Infrastructure Study Update <br /> <br />Budgeted Amount: Actual Amount: Funding Source: <br />n/a n/a n/a <br /> <br /> <br />County and City staff working together selected the team of Kimley-Horn and Associates and Wenck <br />Associates for the TCAAP Infrastructure Study. The team brings expertise in the areas of <br />transportation/traffic, landscape architecture, land development, grading, utilities, <br />stormwater/wetlands, and survey. Please see the attached organizational chart. <br /> <br />Data collection, analysis, and preliminary design are underway and will extend through the end of this <br />year. Current tasks include survey, stormwater/wetlands, and public utilities. Work will begin on <br />roadways and grading in the near future.
