<br />2 <br /> <br />Joint Development Authority <br /> TCAAP Redevelopment Project <br /> <br />The JDA is required to make policy judgments about its liability coverage and the waiver of its statutory <br />tort liability limits. I recommend that the JDA strongly consider NOT waiving the statutory tort limits. I <br />believe that this decision reasonably balances the potential liability of the JDA while permitting a <br />reasonable recovery paid from tax payer dollars for proven tort claims. <br />
