How will BRT be different? <br />•Pre-Boarding Fare Payment <br />Metro Transit police—not <br />operators—will ensure customers <br />have paid. <br />Each station will have one <br />or more ticket machines, <br />where customers can buy <br />tickets with cash or credit. <br />For speedier boarding through all <br />doors of the bus, BRT vehicles <br />won’t have on-board fareboxes. <br />Customers will either purchase a <br />ticket at the station or tap a Go-To <br />card to pay fares. <br />Customers with Go-To <br />cards or passes can tap <br />their card before <br />boarding through any <br />vehicle door.
