Approximately 85 people attended the event including the panel, staff, consultants, Arden Hills <br />residents, stakeholder representatives, and others. <br /> <br />The development and land use professional panel included the following individuals: <br />• John Breitinger, United Properties <br />• Gordon Hughes, Urban Land Institute MN/Eberhardt Advisory <br />• Matt Kramer, St. Paul Area Chamber <br />• Pat Mascia, Duke Realty <br />• Ian Peterson, Pulte Homes <br />The panel responded to prepared questions in addition to questions from attendees. Following the <br />panel discussion, attendees were asked to join one of four discussion tables for the following topics: <br />transportation and access; commercial and residential development; environment, energy, and <br />sustainability; and active and passive open space. Each discussion group was asked to summarize key <br />points for all participants.
