<br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />Development Director’s Report <br />The City of Arden Hills hosted a developer panel and public engagement workshop on Tuesday, <br />July 30, 2013. Approximately 85 people attended the event including the panel, staff, consultants, <br />Arden Hills’ residents, stakeholder representatives, and others. <br /> <br />The panel responded to prepared questions in addition to questions from attendees. Four groups were <br />formed to discuss transportation and access; commercial and residential development; environment, <br />energy, and sustainability; and active and passive open space. Each discussion group was asked to <br />summarize key points for all participants. Kimley-Horn will prepare a summary of panel and attendee <br />comments that will be provided to the JDA at a future meeting. <br /> <br />The next public engagement event will be a TCAAP open house scheduled for Tuesday, <br />September 17, 2013, 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the Marsden Room of the Ramsey County Public Works <br />Facility. <br /> <br />In order to maximize opportunities for public input into the TCAAP master planning process, the Arden <br />Hills City Council will hold a monthly TCAAP public hearing at the regular Council meeting held on the <br />second Monday of each month. The first TCAAP public hearing was held on July 8, 2013. <br /> <br />Administrative Director’s Report <br />Administrative Director Worthington stated the next meeting is scheduled for Monday, September 2, <br />2013, which is Labor Day.
