JDA Insurance <br />Mark Lenz and Heather Worthington explained the annual premium is $1,875 for one million dollars of <br />coverage to include $500 deductible. Commission Holden raised a question regarding the budget for <br />$2 million of coverage. Heather stated the budget will be adjusted to reflect the one million dollar <br />coverage. <br />Motion by Commissioner Huffman seconded by Commissioner Holden. Motion carried. <br />New Business <br />Legislative Update <br />Commissioner Ortega reported the Transportation Bill is in the Governor's budget for 25 million. It will <br />be a bonding item. <br />Meeting Calendar for 2013 <br />The July meeting will be cancelled due to the July 4th holiday. The September meeting date will need <br />to be rescheduled due to the Labor Day holiday. <br />Motion by Commissioner Huffman seconded by Commissioner Grant. Motion carried. <br />Development Director's Report <br />The City of Arden Hills has secured the services of Brian Smalkoski, Project Manager for Kimley-Horn <br />and Associates for the TCAAP AUAR (Areawide Urban Alternative Review), Master Plan, and <br />Regulations and Policies. The master planning process is scheduled to begin May 1st.
