APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />MOTION: EDA Commissioner Holden moved and EDA President Grant seconded a <br />motion to approve the agenda as presented. The motion carried <br />unanimously (4-0). <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />A. April 28, 2014 <br /> <br />MOTION: EDA Commissioner Holden moved and EDA President Grant seconded a <br />motion to approve the April 28, 2014, Economic Development Authority <br />minutes as presented. The motion carried unanimously (4-0). <br /> <br />3. NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />A. Preliminary EDA 2015 General Fund Budget
