<br />This table illustrates the permitted or conditional uses allowed within the business zones (B-2
<br />District, B-3 District, and B-4 District). These zones currently permit twelve (12) of the fourteen
<br />(14) industries and all four (4) Category 1 industries. There is one difference in the Category 1
<br />industries (Real Estate is only allowed in the B-3 District) and no difference in Category 2
<br />industries. All three of the districts currently support the types of Category 3 businesses where
<br />employees tend to spend disposable income.
