The purpose of the study is to determine the impacts and <br />benefits from higher education land uses and provide recommendations for possible Zoning <br />Code and Comprehensive Plan amendments regarding higher education uses. <br /> <br />At the EDC meeting on May 3rd, WSB reviewed typical employment and economic activity from <br />allowed commercial and employment uses in the City’s different zoning districts. WSB will be <br />in attendance at the meeting on June 7th to present information on the current amount of land and <br />building space available in the City’s commercial and employment districts. A memo and <br />supplemental attachments from WSB staff is included as an attachment. <br /> <br /> <br /> MEMORANDUM <br />
