This would help create a stronger <br />sense of commitment for attending the event and would have the benefit of sending out <br />automatic reminders to those who have signed up. Staff will work on setting up this system in <br />coordination with its advertising and promotion efforts. <br /> <br />Discussion Questions: <br />1. Does the EDC support the staff recommendation for advertising and promotion? Does <br />the EDC have additional suggestions? <br />2. What topics would the EDC recommended that staff request Land O’Lakes and Boston <br />Scientific to present on? <br />3. Does the EDC have suggestions regarding the format of the event?
