In consideration of the anticipated work <br />load related to TCAAP, the draft 2015 Work Plan focuses on three core projects: 1) Recruitment <br />of New Members; 2) Business Retention and Expansion Program; and 3) Marketing and <br />Outreach. <br /> <br />A joint meeting with the Economic Development Authority and the EDC will be held on <br />Monday, January 26, 2015, at 6:00 pm. The EDA will review the 2014 EDC Annual Report and <br />consider approval of the 2015 EDC Work Plan. <br /> <br />Attachment <br /> Draft 2015 EDC Work Plan <br /> <br />
