MEMORANDUM <br />DATE:November 17, 2015 <br />TO:Parks Trails and Recreation Committee <br />FROM:Sara Grant, Parks and Recreation Coordinator <br />SUBJECT:Walk-Bike Trail planned for former TCAAP Site in Arden Hills <br />Background <br />This is some exciting news for the Parks, Trails and Recreation Committee. It was announced <br />last week that Ramsey County acquired an additional 93 acres of land for a mulit-use trail that <br />will fun through the Rice Creek Commons development, connecting to the Rice Creek North <br />Regional Trail and the Highway 96 Regional Trail. <br />Requested Action <br />Attached you will find an article about the Walk-bike trail planned for the former TCAAP site in <br />Arden Hills.
