<br /> <br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />DATE: September 20, 2016 <br /> <br />TO: Parks Trails and Recreation Committee <br /> <br />FROM: Sara Grant, Parks and Recreation Coordinator <br /> Aaron Thelen, Recreation Programmer <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Ramsey County-Wide Pedestrian and Bicycle Plan <br /> <br /> <br />Background <br />The City of Arden Hills has been working with the Ramsey County on improving the Pedestrian <br />and Bicycle plan. The main focus of discussion has been the gaps that are in Arden Hills and <br />surrounding communities that make it difficult for pedestrians and bicyclists to get around. We <br />would like support from the PTRC Committee and Arden Hills City Council moving forward. <br />The PTRC plans on bringing the Ramsey County-wide Pedestrian and Bicycle Plan to the next <br />City Council meeting for approval. Connie Bernardy from Active Living Ramsey County will <br />be at the meeting to discuss the next steps for the City of Arden Hills. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
