The joint meeting is scheduled for Monday, March <br />21, 2016. Attached is the power point presentation. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Staff should bring back the draft power point to next meeting for the Committee to edit and <br />finalize the presentation. Please make any changes right on the draft PowerPoint. We will be <br />going over everyone’s changes or additions. <br /> <br />Action Requested <br /> <br />The PTRC should begin preparing for the 2016 joint meeting set for March 21, 2016. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
