The Community Development and Public Works Departments have <br />been working collaboratively on a draft of this Master Plan document. In addition to identifying <br />required amenities, the Master Plan will also describe the City’s goals for the expansion its park <br />system on TCAAP, provide information on existing and future public trails on and adjacent to <br />the site, and outline expectations for private and public improvements o f park facilities. It should <br />be noted that the purpose of the Master Plan is to establish a general framework and minimum <br />requirements and not to provide detailed development plans for each park. <br /> <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />The Parks and Open Space Index of the Master Plan includes the following sections: <br /> <br />Required Parks and Facilities <br />The TCAAP Redevelopment Code identifies four public parks: one in the Creek Neighborhood, <br />one in the Town Neighborhood, and two in the Hill Neighborhood.
