<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />DATE: March 21, 2017 <br /> <br />TO: Parks Trails and Recreation Committee <br /> <br />FROM: Sara Knoll, Parks and Recreation Coordinator <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Joint Meeting Presentation 2017 <br /> <br /> <br />Background <br /> <br />The PTRC and City Council will once again meet at a joint meeting to discuss goals and the <br />2017 work plan for the committee. The joint work session with the City Council was scheduled <br />for Tuesday, February 21 however; the meeting date has now changed. The Arden Hills City <br />Council will be having the City Council Retreat with the New City Administrator in March. <br />After a discussion at the work session, the City Council would like to meet with each committee <br />after the retreat in March. <br /> <br />Action Requested <br /> <br />Sara Knoll will inform all PTRC Members when the meeting date will occur. <br /> <br />PTRC Members will be going over the presentation at the next meeting held on Tuesday, March <br />21. Please look over the presentation and decide what slide(s) you would like to present. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
