ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL—JUNE 12, 2017 5 <br /> Councilmember Scott also invited all residents to attend the Hot Dog with a Deputy on Tuesday, <br /> July 11 at Tony Schmidt Regional Park at 5:00 p.m. <br /> Councilmember Scott commented on the City Hall summer hours and requested this information <br /> be updated on the City's website. <br /> Councilmember Holmes expressed frustration with the number of City contracts that were <br /> having overages. <br /> Councilmember Holmes thanked Boston Scientific for their generous donation to the Arden <br /> Hills Foundation for Cummings Park. <br /> Councilmember Holmes stated the Planning Commission was seeking a second alternate and <br /> recommended the Council address this issue at the June 26 meeting. <br /> Councilmember Holden explained the Fire Board was working on a contract with a developer to <br /> build three single family homes at the old fire station site. <br /> Councilmember McClung reported he attended the last Planning Commission meeting and <br /> understood there was a need for a second alternate for this group in order to ensure they have a <br /> quorum for each meeting. <br /> Mayor Grant commented on the need for the City Council to address State Fair parking. He <br /> supported the City posting"No Parking" signs and creating maps again this year. <br /> Mayor Grant thanked local businesses for their continued support of the community and for <br /> making contributions to the Arden Hills Foundation. <br /> Mayor Grant congratulated Ramsey County for receiving an award for their TZD (Towards Zero <br /> Deaths) efforts. <br /> ADJOURN <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Holmes seconded a <br /> motion to adjourn.
