Joynes, Sr., City Administrator <br /> <br />FROM: Matthew Bachler, Senior Planner <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Planning Case #17-013 <br /> Applicant: Boston Scientific Corporation <br /> Property Location: 4100 Hamline Avenue North <br /> Request: Amendment to Master Planned Unit Development Agreement <br /> <br /> <br />Requested Action <br /> <br />Motion to approve the Fourteenth Amendment to the Master Planned Unit Development <br />Agreement with Boston Scientific Corporation, based on the City Council approval of Planning <br />Case 17-013 on June 26, 2017. <br /> <br />Background <br /> <br />On June 26, 2017, the City Council approved Planning Case 17-013 for a PUD Amendment for <br />Boston Scientific to complete a 5,330 square foot addition to Building 9 for a new sterilization <br />facility. As a condition of approval, an amendment to the Master PUD Agreement is required to <br />be approved prior to the issuance of any permits. The City Attorney has prepared the Agreement <br />and the document has been reviewed and approved by Boston Scientific (Attachment A). <br /> <br />Attachments <br /> <br />A.
