Permit. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the City of Arden Hills <br />hereby grants a conditional use permit for the following use: The continued operation of the <br />existing yard waste collection area and for the addition of a Source Separated Organics (“SSO”) <br />drop-off collection area at the Arden Hills yard waste site, located within the Tony Schmidt <br />Regional Park at 1761 Lake Johanna Boulevard. <br /> 2. Property. The permit is for the property located at 1761 Lake Johanna Boulevard, <br />legally described on Exhibit A, attached hereto, in the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota (“subject property”). <br /> 3. Conditions. The Conditional Use Permit is issued subject to the approved <br />management plan and other plans submitted with the application and upon the following conditions: <br />a. The project shall be completed in accordance with the plans submitted as <br />amended by the conditions of approval. Any significant changes to these plans, as <br />determined by the City Planner, shall require review and approval by the Planning <br />Commission and City Council. <br /> <br />b. The yard waste and SSO collection areas shall be fully contained on the <br />existing approximately 1.5 acre yard waste site within Tony Schmidt Regional Park. <br /> <br />c. SSO shall be properly bagged and collected in covered containers that are <br />emptied at a minimum of once per week, or more frequently if needed.
