The resident at 3415 Lake Johanna <br />Boulevard spoke during the public hearing on July 5, 2017 and noted they had concerns about <br />drainage and appreciated the applicant’s willingness to address stormwater management. <br /> <br /> <br />Deadline for Agency Actions <br /> <br />The City of Arden Hills received the completed application for this request on June 5 2017. <br />Pursuant to Minnesota State Statute, the City must act on this request by August 4, 2017 (60 <br />days), unless the City provides the petitioner with written reasons for an additional 60-day <br />review period.
