5. A Building Permit shall be required for the new dwelling at 3417 Lake Johanna <br />Boulevard. <br /> <br />6. A Tree Preservation Plan shall be required as part of the Building Permit application for <br />the new dwelling at 3417 Lake Johanna Boulevard. <br /> <br />7. The applicant shall consider implementing best management practices for stormwater <br />management at 3417 Lake Johanna Boulevard, including but not limited to installing a <br />private storm sewer line. <br /> <br />8. If required, the applicant shall provide the City with a copy of the Ramsey County and/or <br />Rice Creek Watershed District Permit for the private storm sewer shown on the south <br />side of the proposed dwelling at 3417 Lake Johanna Boulevard. <br /> <br />9.
