<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2017-020 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AGREEMENT FOR COLLECTION OF SOFT <br />RECYCLABLES WITH GREAT LAKES RECYCLING, INC. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills desires to limit and restrict the quantity of Soft <br />Recyclables which are deposited in the landfill; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Great Lakes Recycling, Inc. is skilled and experienced in the collection and <br />efficient recycling and disposition of Soft Recyclables; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills has selected Great Lakes Recycling, Inc. to collect, <br />identify, haul, recycle and/or dispose of Soft Recyclables in the City’s municipal corporate <br />limits; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Great Lakes Recycling, Inc. can provide such services and is in the <br />business of and has the expertise, experience, resources and capability to perform the collecting, <br />identifying, packaging, hauling, recycling and/or disposing of Soft Recyclables; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the City of Arden Hills enter into an Agreement for Collection of Soft Recyclables <br />with Great Lakes Recycling, Inc., a copy of which was before the City Council. <br /> <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS <br />24th DAY OF JULY, 2017. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ______________________________ <br />ATTEST: DAVID GRANT, MAYOR <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />__________________________________________ <br />JULIE HANSON, CITY CLERK <br /> <br />
