Table: Motion to table Planning Case 17-016 for a Minor Subdivision at 1224 Amble Road: <br />a specific reason and/or information request should be included with a motion to table. <br /> <br /> <br />Public Comments <br /> <br />Staff received a phone call from the resident at 1260 Amble Road who stated they wanted to see <br />Parcel B developed to be consistent with the neighboring properties. <br /> <br /> <br />Deadline for Agency Actions <br /> <br />The City of Arden Hills received the completed application for this request on June 6, 2017. <br />Pursuant to Minnesota State Statute, the City must act on this request by August 5, 2017 (60 <br />days), unless the City provides the petitioner with written reasons for an additional 60-day <br />review period.
