The Engineer’s Estimate is $260,000.00. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />The 2017 Capital Improvement Plan has an item in the amount of $400,000.00 for sewer <br />lining/rehabilitation (Attachment A). The 2017 Legislature approved $3.79 million in funding <br />for Inflow & Infiltration (I/I) projects. Arden Hills has been identified on the list of eligible <br />cities to apply for the grant funding. The requirements are similar to previous grant programs <br />(Attachment B). Up to 50% of I/I projects completed between May 31, 2017 and November 1, <br />2019 are eligible. In addition to the lining identified with this project, staff will include the <br />lining that is proposed with the 2018 PMP in the grant application. The proposed sewer lining <br />areas are shown on Attachment C. The total length of pipe to be lined is approximately 8,000 <br />feet and includes approximately 200 feet of storm sewer. <br /> <br /> <br />Attachments <br /> <br />1.
