We continue to receive media requests regarding the updated development timeline <br />for the site. The following article was published: <br /> <br />• Work on Rice Creek Commons Delayed by Tighter Groundwater Rules – KSTP; June 29, 2017 <br />Over the past several months, we have also received dozens of inquiries about residential housing <br />through the website and are working with Alatus to maintain a list of people who have expressed <br />interest in purchasing property at Rice Creek Commons.
