However, no subsequent <br />extensions were approved and development of the site never occurred. Therefore, this <br />previously approved PUD has expired. <br /> <br />Our current application consists of four of the five previously approved apartment lots (outlined <br />in red in the above graphic). An additional apartment lot exists to the southeast and is not part of <br />this application. <br /> <br />It should be noted that as part of the previous final plat approval, 0.715 acres of land on the <br />west side of the original property was dedicated to the City to satisfy park dedication <br />requirements. This amount of park dedication equates to 13.4% of the total land in the current <br />application. It is our expectation that this park dedication satisfies all park dedication <br />requirements for the current application.
