To provide the opportunity for athletic programs to be created for the post-secondary <br />students while providing opportunities for the general public to experience these athletic <br />programs.” <br /> <br />The proposed changes the Land Use Chart, that shows which uses are allowed in which zoning <br />district, are add the “Higher education, campus” as a conditional use in the newly created INST <br />zoning district; add the “Higher education, classroom/office” as conditional use in the Bi2 zoning <br />district; and removing “School, higher education” from the table and from the R-1, B-1, B-2, B- <br />4, and CC zoning districts.
