To provide the opportunity for athletic programs to be created for the post-secondary students while providing opportunities for the general public to experience these athletic programs.” The proposed changes the Land Use Chart, that shows which uses are allowed in which zoning district, are add the “Higher education, campus” as a conditional use in the newly created INST zoning district; add the “Higher education, classroom/office” as conditional use in the Bi2 zoning district; and removing “School, higher education” from the table and from the R-1, B-1, B-2, B- 4, and CC zoning districts.
