City Council – Arden Hills <br />August 17, 2017 <br />Page 8 <br />K:\03455-150\Admin\Meeting\08212017\WSB HE Study Memo 08162017.docx <br />The proposed language within condition 10 does match staff’s intention of the HVAC requirement. <br />Adding this language would not change how the HVAC criteria would be implemented. <br />WSB request that the City Council review these comment summaries and provide direction of <br />which comments to include in the report and/or Zoning Code amendments. <br />University of Northwestern Comment Letter <br />The University of Northwestern has been extended the opportunity to provide a comment letter for <br />the City Council. As of the writing of this memorandum, Northwestern has not provided a <br />comment letter.
