'It <br /> EN HILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2017-028 <br /> A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON HIGHWAY <br /> IMPROVEMENTS FOR STATE PROJECT 6205-39 US 10, FROM I35W TO CR 96 <br /> WHEREAS, on August 24, 2017, the Minnesota Department of Transportation <br /> (MnDOT) submitted to the City a final layout for State Project 6205-39 US 10 from I35W to CR <br /> 96 (the Project); and <br /> WHEREAS, the City's approval (municipal consent) is required for this project because <br /> it increases highway traffic capacity by adding a second lane to the southbound I35W exit ramp <br /> to eastbound US 10, and an auxiliary lane on eastbound US 10 from CR 10 to CR 96; and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statute 161.164, the City must schedule a public <br /> hearing within 15 days of receiving the final layout, such public hearing to be held within 60 <br /> days of receiving the final layout. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN <br /> HILLS MINNESOTA, a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the <br /> 23 d day of October, 2017, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at 7:00 p.m. and the City <br /> Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as <br /> required by law. <br /> ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS <br /> 11 th DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 2017. <br /> la J,L' <br /> David Grant, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> ("J11- da4AZ� <br /> Juli anson, City Clerk <br />
