Specific storm sewer and grading decisions will be decided during final design.
Thank you for your comments. They help with moving the project along and will be considered during the final design
phase.
If you have any more questions about the project, please feel free to contact me.

Kelsey Gelhar, E.I.T.
612-709-4897

From: Sue Polka [mailto:SPolka@cityofardenhills.org]
Sent: Monday, July 24, 2017 3:05 PM
To: m Stremel <JStremel@wsbeng.com>
Cc: Kelsey Gelhar <KGelhar@wsbeng.com>
Subject: FW: Indian Oaks Pavement Meeting

From:
Sent: Monday, July 24, 2017 3:04 PM
To: Sue Polka <SPolka@cityofardenhills.org>
Cc:
Subject: Re: Indian Oaks Pavement Meeting

Our questions are as follows:

Will the curbs be gently sloping 45 degree or closer to 90 degree curbs?
How far north will Indian Oaks Trail move from it's current location?
Will both sides of the road be adjusted or will the south side remain in the current location and the
road will be widened?
How many feet of our driveway and lawn will the city repair? (i.e. up to 10 feet from road)
