CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />SUMMARY ORDINANCE NO. 2017-007 <br />ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 300, LICENSES <br />AND REGULATIONS, SECTION 360, RIGHTS OF WAY, <br />OF THE ARDEN HILLS CITY CODE <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, on September 25, 2017, Ordinance No. 2017-007 <br />was adopted by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota. <br />NOTICE IF FURTHER GIVEN that, because of the lengthy nature of Ordinance No. <br />2017-007, the following summary of the ordinance has been prepared for publication: <br />Ordinance No. 2017-007 amends City Code Chapter 300, Section 360 - right of <br />Way to implement new legislation (Chapter 94) passed by the 2017 Minnesota <br />legislature that authorizes the location of small cell wireless facilities within <br />public rights of way, prescribes and limits local authority, establishes review <br />timelines and permitting requirements, establishes maximum review charges and <br />annual fees, etc. The ordinance integrates the new legislative requirements into <br />the City's existing right of way ordinance, Section 360 of the City Code. <br />A printed copy of the whole ordinance is available for inspection by any person during <br />the City's regular office hours or on the City's website. <br />APPROVED for publication by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota <br />this 25t" day of September, 2017. <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />By: <br />David Grant, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />( J't <br />J e Hanson, City Clerk <br />Published in the Shoreview -Arden Hills Bulletin October 4, 2017 <br />193610v1 <br />
