Ordinance 2017-006 <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />ORDINANCE 2017-006 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1315.01, THE OFFICIAL ZONING <br />MAP OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br />RELATING TO THE RE -ZONING OF PROPERTIES. <br />The Arden Hills City Council hereby ordains that the official Zoning Map of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota, as described in Section 1315.01 of the City Code, is hereby amended as follows: <br />The official Zoning Map for the City of Arden Hills has been amended to indicate that the <br />following described properties have been re -zoned to an INST zone (Institutional District): <br />Described Properties <br />1. The property located at 3900 Bethel Drive with Property Identification Number <br />273023240002, which is currently zoned B-1 (Limited Business District) and R-1 (Single - <br />Family Residential District), and is generally located south of Interstate 694, east of Snelling <br />Avenue North, north of County Road E West, and west of Highway 51. <br />2. The property located at 3800 Bethel Drive with Property Identification Number <br />273023310001, which is currently zoned B-1 (Limited Business District), and is generally <br />located south of Interstate 694, east of Snelling Avenue North, north of County Road E West, <br />and west of Highway 51. <br />3. The property located at 3801 Bethel Drive with Property Identification Number <br />273023240001, which is currently zoned B-1 (Limited Business District), and is generally <br />located south of Interstate 694, east of Snelling Avenue North, north of County Road E West, <br />and west of Highway 51. <br />4.
