Ordinance 2017-005 <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />ORDINANCE 2017-005 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13, SECTION 1305.04, SECTION 1320.02, <br />SECTION 1320.03, SECTION 1320.04, SECTION 1320.05, AND SECTION 1320.06 OF <br />THE CITY CODE <br />The Arden Hills City Council hereby ordains that Chapter 13, Section 1305.04, Section 1320.02, <br />1320.03, Section 1320.04, Section 1320.05, and Section 1320.06 of the City Code shall hereby be <br />amended to read as follows: <br />1305.04 Definitions. <br />• Higher education, campus. The facilities for technical colleges, iunior <br />colleges, colleges and universities approved by the Minnesota Higher <br />Education Coordinating Board for the Minnesota Department of Education. <br />These facilities can include, but are not limited to, classrooms; laboratories; <br />seminaries; dining and residence halls; athletic, wellness, and spiritual <br />facilities; administrative offices; performance art centers; parking and <br />transit structures; and child care facilities. (added 912512017) <br />1320.02 Designation of Zoning Districts.
