He noted that no motions or voting would occur until a quorum was recognized. <br />1. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />No quorum present <br />U 191 No I pig <br />Deputy Clerk Jolene Trauba administered the Oath of office to Commissioner Sheila Bennett <br />Kilander. <br />Senior Planner Matthew Bachler noted that the City is working with WSB to complete a <br />planning and economic development study regarding higher education uses. The EDC is f- <br />-• to review components of that study. At this meeting WSB will review land and buildin• <br />space available in the commercial and industrial districts of the City. <br />
