The May meeting included discussion of employment and economic <br />activities <br />• • and • uses in the City's • districts. At the June meeting <br />they looked at what land and building space is available in the City's current business districts. A <br />draft • the complete study will be presented at this meeting. <br />WSB Senior Planner Eric Zweber discussed the draft study. A "College and University <br />Enrollment By Community" document was handed out and Arden Hills' unique situation of <br />approximately 1:1 ratio • •- to •` was noted. Other items discussed in the draft <br />• were the economic impact • college •- spending, the •• for property tax revenue <br />loss, and the recommendation to create two different definitions of higher education — higher <br />education campus and • education classroom/office. <br />
