This was recommended by the Personnel Committee. <br /> <br />Background and Discussion <br /> <br />The Personnel Committee discussed the option of having the City Administrator being <br />responsible for the hiring and termination processes for non-salaried budgeted positions. City <br />Council would have the final decision in the process as these decisions would be put on the <br />consent calendar. The wording of the actual policy will be brought before the City Council at a <br />later date. <br /> <br />
